Raidho TD3.8 Floor Standing Loudspeaker
The TD3.8 is built around two of our new 8”drivers, similar to the ones in the mighty TD6, reproducing its stunning dynamics. In a more modest-sized room, you can create almost the same sound experience as the much more expensive TD6, making the TD3.8 one of the best-selling Raidho products.
This will entangle you in the roots of the music, full of authentic, real-life dynamics that is as live and engaging as going to a concert.
The midrange is handled by two 5” drive units. They are placed in a MTM configuration to further lower distortion, lower crossover points and control the dispersion. The lower distortion and broadband performance will reveal every layer of music to you.
The massive crossover is placed in the bottom, and all acoustical treatment inside the TD3.8 is carefully measured and matched for absolute performance. The crossovers them selves are pieces of art, that deserves the day of light.
The TD3.8 is the one to beat in this class. The power and magnitude is equally matched with timing, phase and coherency in a full-range design that is musically authentic, real and extremely convincing. Audition the TD3.8 and discover what you have been missing...
Engineered with audiophile-grade components — premium drivers, hand-matched crossovers, and a hardwood enclosure tuned for natural decay. Every cabinet is internally braced and damped to suppress resonance below the threshold of audibility.
- Custom 6.5" mid-bass driver with paper-pulp cone for transient accuracy.
- Soft-dome silk tweeter with neodymium motor for airy, fatigue-free highs.
- Point-to-point hand-wired crossover using silver-foil capacitors.
- Bi-wirable terminals plated in pure copper.
Place each speaker on its dedicated stand, toed-in toward the listening position. The hardwood enclosure resonates in concert with the drivers — a deliberate, musical interaction rather than a flaw to be eliminated.
Connect to a quality amplifier using bi-wired speaker cable for the most transparent presentation. Allow 50–100 hours of break-in for the drivers and crossover capacitors to settle into their final voicing.
